Historic and enchanted, The Carriage House is the original ranch house on the property, restored and maintained to its 1920’s charm. It is surrounded by enormous eucalyptus trees, cypresses, pepper trees, and the picturesque olive grove. The Carriage House features a private garden, a lovely pool, and a cobblestone courtyard, all resonating with a Tuscan under-the-sun feel.
The Carriage House events are required to select catering, rental, and floral vendors from Hummingbird's exclusive lists, as well as use our required security, valet, and bar vendors. Buyout options available.
