The townhomes offer three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two bathrooms, and a full-size pull-out couch. Each townhome comes fully furnished in a comfortable and modern two-story design.

1st Floor: One Bedroom (Queen) and a full-size pull-out couch.

Second Floor: Second Bedroom (Queen) and Third Bedroom (Queen) with Jack and Jill Bathroom.

All accommodations at Hummingbird come with fully equipped kitchens including stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, silverware and glassware. Bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoos, lotions and towels. Each also includes washer, dryer, detergent, dish soap, iron and ironing board.   ​​
