Across 126 private acres, Hummingbird Nest Ranch brings together six distinctive settings, a 17,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial villa, the original 1920s adobe ranch house, and fifteen private casitas and townhomes. Heritage olive groves, native gardens, vineyards, a shimmering lake, and dramatic sandstone formations give the estate remarkable variety, all framed by the Santa Susana Mountains and open California skies. The freedom to move between these spaces allows each experience to be shaped entirely around the occasion.
